About Our Pet Boarding
BlackPaws is a pet boarding kennel for pets of all shapes. We welcome your loved ones with open arms and cozy beds so that they may have a blissful retreat while you're away. We specifically offer both dog boarding and cat boarding services. Our pet boarding facility is built on our 70-acre lot, the perfect retreat for pets to kick back, get individual attention, and make new friends. Jackie Lord, owner and head of operations, has spent her life with animals and is well-equipped to oversee an excellent guest experience. We ensure safe and quality care at BlackPaws Pet Resort.

We had never taken our 3 dogs to a kennel before and our first experience at this resort was amazing! Jackie is so incredibly kind and reassuring. Her staff is phenomenal! Great dog boarding place! When I adopted my dog through SCARS she was being boarded at BlackPaws, which was my first experience there. Everything was clean and well run. There’s outdoor spaces connected to the individual dog indoor spaces, and there’s more large separated outdoor areas where they take the dogs to play together regularly. I’ve recommended BlackPaws to friends.

First time dog barding and I was definitely worried. But this place is amazing, my puppy had a fantastic time and made all the doggie friends! The owner Jackie is so wonderful to deal with and treats the dogs like they are her own. They also post pictures on there Facebook so you get to see updates of how the pups are doing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
